At Bundle & Bloom, we know how important it is for your gift to arrive safely and on time. We carefully package every bouquet by hand and aim to deliver a seamless, joyful gifting experience — from our studio to their doorstep.

🚚 Shipping Options (South Africa Only)

We currently offer the following delivery methods via The Courier Guy:

🏠 Door-to-Door Delivery

  • Delivered straight to your chosen address (home, hospital, office)
  • Tracking number provided via email
  • Signature required upon delivery

Estimated Delivery Time: 1–4 working days after dispatch
Cost: Calculated at checkout (based on region)

📮 Locker-to-Locker Delivery (Budget-Friendly Option)

  • Collect from your nearest Courier Guy Locker at your convenience
  • You’ll receive an SMS with a PIN once your bouquet is ready for pickup
  • Lockers are located nationwide in shopping centres, petrol stations, etc.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 working days after dispatch
Cost: From R70 (calculated at checkout)

🕒 Processing Times

All bouquets are made to order. We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 working days from the time of purchase.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking info as soon as your order has been shipped.

💐 Gifting Note

Sending your gift directly to a loved one?
We’ve got you covered. Simply enter their details at checkout and we’ll deliver it beautifully wrapped — you can even include a mini engraved message card.

📦 Packaging

Each bouquet is carefully wrapped in soft tissue and kraft sleeves or gift boxes (depending on the product tier), then secured in a courier-friendly outer box to ensure safe delivery.
